You may email me with questions or comments
I always answer email! Absolutely, positively 100% of the time and I'm generally pretty fast, too. You know how some
web sites make it impossible to contact anyone? I think that's a really stupid policy!
- I never ignore emails from customers, prospective customers or people with questions. I will always send some kind of
answer.
- If I don't write back to you within 24 hours then something very unusual is going on: I may be away for a few days, my
PC may be sick (not common), or I may be in a coma (even less common).
- If it seems like I've ignored you, please write to me again! Tell me you never got a reply the first time and if
possible give me an alternate email address to copy the reply to.
- If it seems like I've still ignored you,
please write to me again from an email account like Yahoo! or Gmail. Every once in a while
my internet provider, Comcast, will filter out valid email. Much to my great disappointment
there's no way for me to prevent it.
- Please sign your name! It's really strange to have to address my reply to
"Dear mysterious person who didn't sign his name"
- You MUST have something in the SUBJECT. All emails with blank SUBJECT are deleted by my spam filters! I won't ever
see it so I can't reply to it.
- Try to type a SUBJECT that's actually useful. Typing "Hi" will trigger my spam filter.
- I truly get hundreds of spam emails every day. My ISP filters out most of it and I have other filters that kill a lot
more. If you type a reasonable SUBJECT I should get your email.
- Click on the link below to send me an email. You need JavaScript enabled for the link to work because I've used JavaScript
to obscure my address from the evil robot email address harvesters. If you're using web-based email like Yahoo! or GMail
you'll have to type the address by hand. You can also right-click the address and copy/paste the address.
Sorry for the slight inconvenience.
- If you have JavaScript turned off, or the whole link-clicking thing just truly doesn't work for you, then try this:
in the wondrous place known as spatulacity do tc om everyone calls me ken.
If you're mailing me a check or money order, please send it to:

Please note: there's been a problem with replies to email addresses
@sbcglobal.net. They were being delivered to
the bulk folder. For those with
sbcglobal.net email addresses, emails from me could only be viewed by using the web-based
email client and viewing your bulk folder. The problem should have been cleared up (after a
great deal of trouble
with an impossible bureaucracy - please refer above where I wrote
"I think that's a really stupid policy!").
